Actor Vikrant Massey, who costarred with IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma in the 2023 movie 12th Fail, recently told a touching account of his modest upbringing on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) Season 16. Vikrant discussed how he related to the movie 12th Fail, mentioning IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma: “I was much inspired by Manoj sir’s narrative and experiences. I felt obligated to share this tale.” 12th Fail, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, chronicles Manoj’s remarkable rise from poverty to IPS officer. The film also stars Medha Shankr, Anant V Joshi, Anshumaan Pushkar, and Priyanshu Chatterjee.
Vikrant’s Career and Bollywood Journey
After starting his career in 2007 with the television series Dhoom Machaao Dhoom, Vikrant went on to star in Qubool Hai, Baba Aiso Varr Dhoondo, Balika Vadhu, and Dharam Veer. Web shows like Mirzapur, Broken But Beautiful, and Made in Heaven helped him become even more well-known.
