Underscoring the “basic requirement for open and dynamic discourse,” Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) pioneer Tejasvi Surya on Monday approached Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi to banter with Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) pioneer for what he portrayed as a battle between “the scion of a political line” and “a plebeian addressing the new India.”
