Suriya Confirms Double Role in Kanguva with New Poster: Check Out the Pic!
Suriya shocked his fans on Sunday by revealing a brand-new poster for his forthcoming movie Kanguva, which he is co-directing alongside Siva. He confirmed that he will play two roles in the movie by sharing the poster on X and Instagram. In response to the new poster, fans emitted fiery emojis.
Suriya’s double role in Kanguva
Suriya appears in two separate avatars on the poster. One is the image that everyone has seen of him—he has dreadlocks, is decked out in warrior attire, has several tattoos over his body, and is grasping a sword. On the other hand, he’s sporting a sleek haircut, a suit, and a revolver in his hand. In the poster, the two avatars appear to be facing each other. Although a release date has not yet been disclosed, the new poster affirms that Kanguva will be launched in 2024. He typed “Happy Ambedkar Jayanthi” in multiple languages and shared it.
About Kanguva
Bobby Deol and Disha Patani made their Bollywood debuts in the film Kanguva. The film’s soundtrack was composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and Vetri Palanisany is in charge of the photography. The movie is financed by UV Creations and Studio Green. The picture will include a lot of action and drama, according to the directors’ recently released sizzle reel.
Suriya gave an impressive performance as a merciless and vicious warrior who rallies an army for battle in the video. He seems rustic in the preview, and he has long hair. A glimpse of Bobby’s persona as the ominous antagonist was also provided. Kanguva is expected to provide viewers with a fresh visual experience while remaining authentic and unadulterated, as stated by the creators. The film’s key themes will include human emotions, potent acting, and massively action-packed scenes never previously witnessed.” In ten languages, the movie will be available for 3D release.

Sakshay Kumar’s Sarfira, directed by Sudha Kongara and based on the 2020 Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, would feature a brief cameo from Suriya. The fact that Lokesh Kanagaraj will create a spin-off based on Suriya’s character Rolex in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram was also disclosed.
