Soldier Shoots Himself Dead in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir – Tragic Incident Updates
Havaldar Indesh Kumar, an Army soldier, killed himself with his service weapon late Tuesday while on sentry duty at his camp in Anjanwali village, Manjakote region, in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, according to news agency authorities. It is now unknown why this upsetting choice was made. To further examine the occurrence, authorities have started the inquest process.
This comes after another terrible incident that happened earlier this week on Sunday morning in the Udhampur district’s Rehambal region when there was a suspected fratricide and suicide. Constable (driver) Manjeet Singh was shot by Head Constable Malik, who then turned the gun on himself. The two cops were heading from Sopore to the STC training site in Talwara when the incident occurred, which happened at 6:30 am. Amod Nagpure, the Senior Superintendent of Police in Udhampur, claims that both police officers were killed in the incident, which involved the use of an AK-47 weapon. Harmeet Singh, the third police officer in the car, was uninjured.
