Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor Rent Mumbai Worli Apartment for ₹20 Lakh Monthly

According to property registration paperwork that Square Yards was able to get, Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife, Mira Kapoor, have leased their opulent apartment in Mumbai’s affluent Worli neighborhood for a period of five years at a monthly cost of ₹20 lakh.

The property, which is 5,395 square feet in size and has three parking spaces, is located in the upscale Three Sixty West complex by Oberoi Realty. Tenant Dipan Bhuptani, a senior executive of D’Decor Home Fabrics, signs a five-year renting agreement with the company, which is registered on November 7, 2024.

Beginning at ₹20.5 lakh per month and increasing to ₹23.98 lakh per month by the conclusion of the period, the lease has a tiered rental structure. Additionally, the agreement provides a ten-month rent-free time. According to Square Yards, the property will generate a 4-5% average gross rental return.

For almost ₹60 crore, the Kapoors bought this opulent property on a higher floor from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd in May 2024. The property was one of 28 apartments valued at ₹1,238 crore that Chandak Realty purchased in bulk from Radhakishan Damani’s family and partners, the owners of D’Mart, in February 2023.

Shahid Kapoor is one of many Bollywood stars who have recently chosen to rent out their opulent Mumbai homes, including Kartik Aaryan, Ranveer Singh, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala.
