Shah Rukh Khan was seen at the HN Reliance Foundation Hospital on the night of September 12, where his Jawan co-star Deepika Padukone is admitted.

The superstar reached the facility in his white Rolls Royce and this only fueled the fan frenzy already going on since the recent arrival of Deepika and Ranveer Singh’s first child—a baby girl born on September 8, 2024.

News of the birth has been received with widespread jubilation, as the parade of high-profile callers continues to pay its respects. Mukesh Ambani was among the first to congratulate and bless the new parents.

Her Instagram followed a spate of warm messages from the elites of Bollywood: Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Sara Ali Khan expressed their warmest wishes to the new born and family.

Kareena Kapoor also extended congratulatory words to the couple and said she is thrilled to hear about the newborn and the couple.

Deepika Padukone will reportedly go on a short sabbatical owing to the new arrival. News18 Showsha reports that the actress intends to be on maternity leave until March 2025.

She will resume work with the much-awaited second instalment of Kalki 2898 AD featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas.
