HCLTech and ServiceNow Collaborate to Deliver genAI-Led Solutions

On Thursday, the digital workflow startup ServiceNow and the multinational technology company HCLTech announced a collaboration to provide businesses with innovative generative artificial intelligence (genAI)-led solutions. The new product, according to the company, will make it easier for businesses to swiftly and effectively implement ServiceNow’s genAI capabilities throughout the organization. According to a statement from C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director of HCLTech, “HCLTech’s differentiated portfolio and engineering heritage position it to deliver practical and customized genAI use cases to clients as they move forward with their digital transformation agendas.”

As a result of this collaboration, HCLTech will provide management, design, implementation, and consulting services for the full range of ServiceNow products. “The world’s top companies can benefit from HCLTech’s abundance of ServiceNow knowledge,” stated Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow. “It is a privilege to expand our collaboration to include the joint development of sector-specific genAI solutions that will provide our clients with life-changing experiences,” he continued.
