Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Priyanka Chopra Reunite in London for Citadel Premiere: Enjoy Heartfelt Moments | Photos Inside
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Priyanka Chopra were both at the London premiere of Citadel: Honey Bunny. Also, there was Matilda De Angelis – she stars in Diana, an Italian spin-off from the series. The women posed for photographs together, looking very stylish indeed! Online snaps show Samatha wearing sheer pants with a black gown (wow!) while Priyanka dazzles in an orange number; isn’t she stunning? Meanwhile, Matilda looked pretty glamorous herself with gold all over! During the event these three actors seemed to have a great time; there are some nice shots of them having a laugh mid-shoot. Something else is worth noting about this evening’s fashion show down memory lane for PC and SRP – the last time they hung out in the UK capital was months ago when Samantha’s friend Varun Dhawan came along too as did Raj & DK (they made Citadel).
Citadel, a globally popular series, now has an Indian version called Honey Bunny. The show’s teaser came out a month ago. Priyanka posted on social media to cheer on Varun and Samantha – and drop some hints about how the two shows are connected. She mentioned Raj and DK (who helped create both versions) by name alongside both actors, calling their work “incredible.” Priyanka then told her followers they should keep their eyes open when watching Citadel for any links to a character called Nadia. She used a line from the show to make her point: “Breadcrumbs all over Citadel. You just have to find them.”

Upon reflection about her participation in the series, Samantha conveyed appreciation saying “Action is something I never thought I’d do. So being here today is a win I couldn’t envisage – and that’s because Raj, DK, Sita and Amazon came to my rescue. I’m just really grateful, already so incredibly proud of how it looks.” Karan Johar chimed in too: praising Varun and Samantha for owning their roles. Elsewhere Priyanka has begun shooting Citadel 2 — which means fans are missing her return to the screen!
