Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment Upgraded with Bulletproof Glass Amid Rising Threats

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has taken major measures to improve security at his Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai, eight months after a gunshot outside his home. The actor’s house now has high-resolution CCTV cameras to monitor suspicious behavior, a bulletproof balcony, and sophisticated security equipment. Salman frequently welcomes his followers on the bulletproof glass-enclosed, reinforced balcony. Although his parents live on the first story of the famous building, the actor lives in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor.

Outside Salman Khan’s home on April 14, two people on motorcycles exchanged four gunshots before escaping. Salman believes mobster Lawrence Bishnoi planned the assault to hurt him and his family. Since the actor was found guilty in the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case, the Bishnoi gang has harbored hostility toward Salman Khan. Since then, Lawrence Bishnoi has sworn to exact revenge on Salman since the Bishnoi community considers blackbucks to be sacred creatures.

The April attack marked a dramatic increase in the Bishnoi gang’s threats. Salman Khan’s close buddy Baba Siddique, a previous Maharashtra minister, was shot dead in Mumbai in October, making the situation worse. As indicated by police examinations, one of the primary explanations behind Siddique’s homicide was his relationship with the actor. Anmol, the brother of Lawrence Bishnoi and a major suspect in Siddique’s murder, was held in the US. Salman Khan’s association with Siddique was mentioned by the Mumbai Police in their chargesheet as a contributing cause to the Bishnoi gang’s increased targeting of the star.

Salman Khan has already been threatened with demands of ₹2 crore. The Worli police opened a complaint against the unnamed caller after the caller sent many messages to Mumbai Police’s traffic hotline. Salman Khan is responding to these persistent threats by strengthening his home while maintaining strict security for his public and business appearances.
