Rishabh Pant Excited to Meet Fans and Create Special Memories Ahead of IPL 2024 Season
When Rishabh Pant rejoins the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2024, he expressed his excitement about playing in front of his home crowd in Delhi. Pant was involved in an accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway back in December 2022 that left him with numerous injuries. The southpaw hasn’t played since then as he continues to work on getting healthy.
In the 2024 Indian Premier League, Pant is expected to return for the Delhi Capitals (DC). Pant was a guest at Arun Jaitley Stadium last year, but under David Warner, his club was unable to go to the postseason.

Prior to his return from an injury layoff, there were questions about the role Pant was supposed to play. However, Pant will play as a specialist batter in the first half of the IPL until a decision is made, according to Parth Jindal, co-owner of the DC team.
