Ravindra Jadeja Joins Chennai Super Kings Camp for IPL 2024 Preparations

In preparation for the forthcoming season, five-time Indian Premier League (IPL) champion Chennai Super Kings (CSK) welcomed star bowling all-arounder Ravindra Jadeja to their training camp on Friday.

The 35-year-old’s arrival was hinted at by the team’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, which is situated in Chennai.
CSK wrote, “RaJa here to conquer,” on X.

Key Stats on Jadeja’s IPL Performance

Jadeja participated in 226 IPL games and 173 innings, scoring 2692 runs with a strike percentage of 128.62. He played in 197 innings while taking 152 wickets with the ball.

Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Mukesh Choudhary, and Prashant Solanki were among the players who joined CSK’s preparatory camp at Chepauk on March 2.

Before the season had started, CSK was dealt a blow with the news that Devon Conway, the opener for New Zealand, would miss at least the first half of the competition due to thumb surgery.

During the third Twenty20 International between Australia and New Zealand, Conways was hit on the finger.The first IPL 2024 matchup between CSK and Royal Challengers Bangalore will take place at Chepauk on March 22.
