Ravi Kishan Makes Startling Revelation: ‘Father Wanted to Kill Me’
Regarding his father, Ravi Kishan has revealed something startling. The actor-turned-politician revealed in a recent interview that he had a tumultuous connection with his father and that the latter had expressed intentions to murder him. Given that his father was a priest, Kishan revealed that he was taken aback when he began to perform at the Ram Leela. In exchange, Ravi disclosed that, at the age of seventeen, he was forced to flee his home with only Rs. 500 in his pocket.
“My father was hammering and severely beating me.” He desired to kill me, and my mother knew that her husband could kill me and would not think twice about doing so because priests are less sensitive than ordinary people. So she said, “Bhaag jao,” according to Ravi Kishan, who was quoted.
Being a Brahmin priest, my dad always encouraged me to pursue a career in farming, become a priest, or work for the government. He never imagined that his family might produce an artist. So it was a little strange for him to dance or to play Sita in Ramleela. Woh maarte the aur maine zindagi ko seekha. He also said, “So every beating I got from him was a lesson for me, and he made Ravi Kishan.”
