Ram Gopal Varma Faces Legal Action Over Offensive Social Media Posts on Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu
A legal battle has engulfed filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma due to purported social media statements that threaten Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders, including Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, his son Nara Lokesh, and his daughter-in-law Brahmani. The posts, which are purportedly related to the advertising for Varma’s next film, Vyuham, have caused a stir.
After receiving a complaint from TDP Mandal Secretary Ramalingam, Varma was the subject of a case in the Prakasam district. Sub-inspector Siva Ramaiah stated that authorities have opened an investigation into the claims after the case was filed under the Information Technology (IT) Act.
“The investigation into the allegations has been launched,” confirmed Sub-Inspector Ramaiah.

Renowned for his contributions to highly acclaimed films such as Satya, Company, and Rangeela, Ram Gopal Varma is currently facing criticism for his recent internet conduct. Finally, the complaint was filed on Sunday night.
