Nick Jonas Misses Priyanka Chopra’s 42nd Birthday Bash but Sends Special Dosa Party From Afar

Celebrating her 42nd birthday on the Australian set of The Bluff, Priyanka Chopra spent the day at work. In addition to a large cake, a ton of balloons, and a massive “dosa truck” for the crew that hubby Nick Jonas, who was not present, organized, the actor shared photos and videos of the exciting festivities on Instagram on Friday.

Priyanka’s birthday celebrations

On the set of The Bluff, Priyanka was spotted posing inside her vanity van. There were birthday decorations everywhere, including a large balloon with her name written in purple and white, gorgeous flower arrangements, and present packets. In a video, Priyanka was seen approaching the group of people who were singing “Happy Birthday” and cheering her on while a cake was kept in the center. In one of the selfies, she had bruises and was coated in makeup.

A framed family photo of Nick and Priyanka with their daughter Malti Marie was also shown. It was placed on a table with a cake and a cute sketch that was most likely created by Malti. Nick even threw the group a dosa party, complete with a menu of Plain, Masala, Mysore, and Onion dosas.

‘A working birthday’

Priyanka started the post by saying, “This year’s birthday was a working birthday. Having so many of those throughout the years has made me realize that it’s one of my favorite birthday celebration traditions. to be on a movie set, doing what I love. Thank you, @nickjonas, to my amazing spouse, who, although not being present, made his presence felt in so many unique ways. Still, the crew’s Dosa truck is awesome! She went on, “My mother, who created me. Greetings on your birth day, mama! @drmadhuakhourichopra, you too became a mother today. I cherish you. Thank you @maltimarie, my tiny angel, for making life worthwhile.

She wrote: “Everyone who made the effort and found the address to my production office here in Australia and sent me tokens, I appreciate you so much.” She also thanked the staff and everyone who had sent her well wishes. Thank you to the entire cast, staff, and producers of The Bluff; you are the best, and I wouldn’t want yesterday to have gone any other way. I really appreciate the laughing, joy, and exquisitely adorned trailers. I apologize to the ADs for bringing in all the flowers every few minutes. I also appreciate the waffle truck, hugs, cards, and cakes. I appreciate all of the people who have texted, called, and messaged me from all over the world. I appreciate you considering me.
