On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin weeks after he visited Kyiv and met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Had a discussion with President Putin today. We discussed ways to further develop our Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership. Also shared perspectives on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
