Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025: PM Modi Hosts Event with Sadhguru, Deepika Padukone, and Other Luminaries

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be conducting the eighth edition of “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) in March 10, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. This special event is intended to reduce the stress that goes along with students’ exams by encouraging free discussion. This year’s own PPC introduces an adaptive town hall structure and a broad panel of renowned experts from across the fields.
Distinguished Guests and Their Contributions
- Sadhguru: The spiritual head/priest will conduct a “Mind and Body Version: Exploring Inner Tranquility” session providing the tips and insights for staying calm while preparing for the examinations.
- Deepika Padukone: Deepika, a decorated actress and mental health activist, will give a talk on the importance of mental health and wellbeing during the examination period.
- Mary Kom: The Olympic boxer will share her experiences on overcoming challenges and the role of sports in building resilience.
- Avani Lekhara: Avani, gold medalist, Paralympic, will talk about how to stay focused and determined in spite of challenges.
- Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar: These Bollywood actors will look into creative activity and its ability to improve concentration and memory as it relates to studying.
- Rujuta Diwekar and Shonali Sabherwal: Nutrition experts will be there to share their knowledge of dietary behaviours promoting cognitive performance and physical endurance.
- Gaurav Chaudhary (Technical Guruji): The technology specialist will provide, tips and advice to help users use technology in order to learn in ways that are effective.
- Radhika Gupta: CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Funds, Radhika will share her perspectives on strategic planning and goal setting.
Event Highlights
This year’s PPC has garnered unprecedented participation, with over 3.3 crore registrations from students, teachers, and parents across India and abroad. The event will be conducted in a town hall format, encouraging interactive discussions and direct engagement between the Prime Minister, the guest speakers, and the participants.
A nationally promoted programme launched in 2018, “Pariksha Pe Charcha” has become a movement across India that has transformed exam stress into an experience of learning. The mission is in tune with the Prime Minister Modi’s dream of providing a stress-free and all-round education.
