Senior BJP pioneer Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday took a special case against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin’s “migratory bird” jibe made at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his later visits to the state, saying the exceptionally high utilization was not proper.
