Nikhil Kamath on Shah Rukh Khan ‘Incredible’ Advice: ‘We Chat for 4-5 Hours at His House’

Not long ago, entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath turned to sharing how often he visits Shah Rukh Khan at his iconic residence in Mumbai—Mannat—where he engages him in long conversations.

He went further to mention the visits were occasions when he takes what he referred to as “incredible” advice from the Bollywood superstar. Nikhil said this while hosting his podcast, “WTF is with Nikhil Kamath”.

On the podcast, rapper-singer Badshah and actor Kriti Sanan, guests of the show, joined him in hailing Shah Rukh Khan.

In the podcast, Nikhil asked Badshah about his inspiration behind his stage name. The rapper revealed what’s behind it: He is a big fan of Shah Rukh Khan, and his name plainly was taken from the 1999 film “Baadshah.”

Nikhil said more or less the same thing, declaring an admiration for Shah Rukh. Kriti Sanon chimed in, “I love him. He is one of those really rare people whom you admire from afar, and then you meet him and just become an even bigger fan. He is so intelligent.

He further went on to talk about his visits to Shah Rukh’s place in Mumbai. “Every time I go to Mumbai, make sure that one night stays at Shah Rukh’s house. We sit together and chat for four to five hours. What advice he gives is just unbelievable. I go there only to soak up all his knowledge.”

About Badshah

One of the most popular song artists, Badshah, who has been coming up with runaway hits like “Saturday Saturday,” “Proper Patola,” “Chull,” “Wakhra Swag,” and “Genda Phool”, revealed an interesting fact that his stage name was taken after Shah Rukh’s movie “Baadshah.” His admiration for the actor clearly drove home his choice.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Upcoming Projects

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is prepping for his next movie, “King,” directed by Sujoy Ghosh. In a conversation with Giona A Nazzaro, artistic director of the Locarno Film Festival, Shah Rukh mentioned that he is thrilling about the movie and will try to shred some kilos and get more physically fitter for the film.

He further hinted at wanting to do more age-centric roles in times to come; something, he said, which has been on his mind for the last 6-7 years. The film is also expected to star his daughter Suhana Khan.
