CASES AGAINST SISODIA

Sisodia was captured by the Focal Department of Examination (CBI) on February 26, 2023, for his supposed association in the implied anomalies in the detailing and execution of the now-rejected Delhi extract strategy 2021-22.

The Implementation Directorate (ED) captured him in the tax evasion case coming from the CBI FIR on Walk 9, 2023. He left the Delhi bureau on February 28, 2023.

Sisodia, a previous vice president pastor of Delhi, has looked for bail battling that he has been in care for quite some time and the preliminary against him has not yet begun. The ED and the CBI had gone against his bail supplications.

He had tested in the high court a preliminary court’s April 30 request dismissing his bail applications in the two cases.

AAP pioneers communicated joy and invited the High Court’s choice to deliver Sisodia on bail. Taking to X, party MP Swati Maliwal expressed, “I’m exceptionally content with Manish ji’s delivery.
