Lok Sabha Election 2024: Phase 1 Campaign Ends with Rahul Gandhi in Karnataka, PM Modi in Assam and Tripura

The first round of the Lok Sabha elections is scheduled for April 19, and all of the nation’s top leaders will be present at roadshows and rallies in the states where Friday’s elections are being held. Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to attend two election rallies. PM Modi will first speak at a public gathering in Nalbari, Assam, and then he will have a rally in Agartala, Tripura.

The residents of Nagpur, his home constituency, will virtually hear from Union Minister of Road Transport Nitin Gadkari. In Nagpur, Gadkari will contest against Vikas Thakre, the leader of the Congress and the INCIA bloc candidate for Lok Sabha. On April 19, the first round of the Lok Sabha elections will see elections for 102 seats spread across 14 states and union territories. There will be seven phases to the general elections, and voting will conclude on June 1. On June 4, the identical results will be announced.
