Kiara Advani Joins Ranveer Singh in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, Expresses Excitement for Iconic Franchise

The actor announced on Monday that Kiara Advani will appear in Don 3. Kiara posted a quick video and a note on X, the former Twitter platform. In Farhan Akhtar’s franchise, Kiara will co-star with actor Ranveer Singh.

Kiara posted on X, saying, “I’m thrilled to be a part of the renowned Don series and to be collaborating with such an amazing team! As we embark on this thrilling voyage together, I’m wishing for all of your love and support.” Farhan Akhtar posted the video to X with the caption, “Welcome to the Don universe, @advani_kiara #Don3.”

Ranveer got on board the film last year.

Ranveer Singh will be the new Don in the third installment of the popular franchise, Farhan stated in a special announcement video released in August 2023. Ranveer sat facing away from the camera in a building throughout the teaser. After taking a puff on his cigarette and introducing himself as Don, he turned to face the camera. In earlier iterations, the figure was portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

We’re still waiting on an official announcement on Don 3’s remaining cast members. A compelling story, exhilarating action scenes, and priceless memories have always been associated with the Don series. In the movie Don, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, and Boman Irani all had prominent parts. The film made its premiere in 2006 and won the Best Asian Film prize at the Fantastic Film Festival in Neuchatel. Later, a popular sequel was launched in 2011 and received positive reviews. In Don 2, actor Hrithik Roshan had a brief appearance. In Farhan’s direction, Amitabh Bachchan played the title role in a remake of 1978’s Don.

About Kiara’s other films

Kiara will appear with Ram Charan in Game Changer in addition to Don 3. The film, which will be distributed in three languages—Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi—is advertised as an action drama incorporating contemporary politics. Under the auspices of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Dil Raju and Shirish Garu are producing Game Changer together for a pan-Indian release. We are still waiting for the movie’s official release date. The last time Kiara was seen with Kartik Aaryan was in Satyaprem Ki Katha. She also appears in War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr. But we’re still waiting on an official confirmation.
