According to reports, Kangana Ranaut is listing her Mumbai residence for sale. Kangana resides in Bandra’s Pali Hill neighbourhood, for those who are unaware. The Manikarnika Films office of her production firm is also located on the property. With her political profession taking her most of the time to Himachal Pradesh and New Delhi, there are rumors circulating that Kangana is asking Rs 40 Cr for her Bandra mansion. At the time of publication, News18 was unable to independently confirm the claims.

The rumors started when a video was posted on YouTube by Code Estate, a page that purports to be a production house office that is for sale. The images and graphics used in the movie suggested that the location was Kangana’s workplace, even though the owner and name of the production company were kept a secret. Many social media users also used the comment section to speculate that Kangana’s home is seen there.

The acreage on which the home is situated is included in the description of the video. The plot’s dimensions have been disclosed as 285 square meters plus 3042 square feet for building. There is also a 500 square foot additional parking space at the house. The cost of the two-story structure is Rs 40 Crores.

This is the same property that the BMC looked into in 2020, for those who are not aware. In September 2020, the BMC partially demolished Kangana’s Bandra office since it was allegedly built unlawfully. On September 9, the Bombay High Court issued a stay order, which caused the demolition process to stop in the middle. In May 2023, Kangana withdrew her lawsuit against BMC and her requests for compensation, which totaled Rs 2 crores. In the meantime, Kangana will be seen in Emergency at work. She is both the film’s director and actor. She is quite busy with her political career in addition to filmmaking.
