Indian 2: Kamal Haasan Returns as Senapathy in New Poster Unveiled on Tamil New Year

Among his career’s cult favorites is Kamal Haasan’s Indian (1996). With its sequel, the vigilante thriller that brought up the topic of corruption in the late 1990s is back in action. Under S. Shankar’s direction, Kamal will reprise his role as Senapathy. The new poster for the next Tamil action drama, Indian 2, was unveiled by the producers on Sunday.

Lyca Productions produced several posters with various movie titles on their social media accounts, each in a regional language. As Indian 2, the Kamal-starring film is released in Tamil and other regional languages. The names Hindustani 2 and Bharateeyudu 2 refer to the Hindi and Telugu versions, respectively.

In Indian-2, the production house is all prepared to bring back Senapathy (fingers crossed emoji) with zero tolerance. 🇮🇳 As the big sequel opens in theaters in June 2024, get ready for it. The posters were released in honor of Puthandu, the Tamil New Year.
