On Friday, May 26, 2023, the Kolkata Police enlisted a body of evidence against the maker and head of this film. The police said that the trailer advanced hatred between the two gatherings. A First Data Report (FIR) was recorded at Amherst police headquarters. A lawful notification was shipped off Sanoj Mishra, calling him before the researching official of the case on 30 May. As indicated by the PTI, Sanoj guaranteed that the film was not about CM Banerjee. On the notification given by the Kolkata Police, Mishra said he was counseling legitimate specialists.
