John Abraham Reveals Shah Rukh Khan’s Unique Gift After Pathaan’s Success

John Abraham’s previous release was the gigantic success Pathaan, in which John played the anti-hero, Jim, pitted against Shah Rukh Khan in the title role. The film had Deepika Padukone in an important role as well. The film was declared an instant box-office blockbuster, and now the team was gearing up to throw a special success party. John, an early sleeper, wasn’t very interested in attending the late-night party.

Reminiscing about the moment on Zakir Khan’s comedy show, John quipped, “After Pathaan released, Shah Rukh was really pumped. He said ‘Come on, John, let’s party! Our film is doing well, and it has got a good opening’. But I told him, ‘No, I need to sleep’. He was taken aback and asked ‘What, you want to rest?’ I confirmed saying, ‘Yes, I want to rest’. So, he had asked me what I wanted, to which I, in a jest, replied, ‘Just gift me a motorcycle’. With much surprise, Shah Rukh really gifted me a bike, and I happily went home”.
