Jabalpur Ordnance Factory Blast: 15 Injured, 1 Worker Missing After Massive Explosion

A large explosion occurred Tuesday at the Central Security Institute Ordnance Factory in Khamaria, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, injuring at least 15 people. The factory’s replenishing department is where explosives and bombs are made, and this is where the explosion happened. According to officials, two of the injured are in critical condition.

A number of the hurt employees were taken right away to a private hospital in the area for rapid medical care. One worker is still missing after the strong explosion; he may have been trapped beneath the rubble.

Casualties and Rescue Operations

Factory officials have not officially acknowledged any fatalities, however, according to Live Hindustan, two of the injured workers have passed away from their wounds. Fire departments and ambulances are rapidly reaching the location as part of the continuing rescue efforts.

As per reports, a glitch in building 200’s pressure-driven framework made the blast start in the F-6 section’s replenishing unit.
