On Thursday, Shah Rukh landed in Abu Dhabi. The IIFA’s official Instagram account included images of Shah Rukh, looking stunning in his laid-back attire. “He’s here, the King! We can’t contain our excitement—the Badshah has arrived and is stunning! With all eyes on THE SHAH RUKH KHAN, the excitement is infectious,” the caption said.

From September 27 to September 29, the Arab city will host the latest iteration of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA). IIFA Utsavam, an occasion honoring the cinema industries of the south—Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada—is scheduled to open the three-day celebration. The gathering will celebrate megastar Chiranjeevi.

Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy are among the performers who will perform live for the audience.
