TMKOC’s Sodhi’s Reel Son Samay Shah said the actor was working on a Punjabi film and refutes depression rumors
It’s been a week since Gurucharan Singh, a performing artist who played the part of Sodhi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, went missing. The police are examining.
The most recent overhaul proposes that he pulled back Rs 7,000 from an ATM close to Palam, Delhi, on April 24th, two days after he went missing. Prior, a CCTV film appeared of him crossing the street in Palam on April 22nd. Samay Shah, who played Junior Sodhi on Taarak Mehta, talked to Indianexpress.com and said Gurucharan had persuaded him amid a discussion that kept going over an hour a few months ago.

He, too, said that the performing artist was working on his Punjabi film. Recalling their final chat, Samay said, “Revisiting their final discussion, Samay shared, “I talked with him 4 to 5 months back over the phone. The discussion went on for an hour or more, and he kept propelling me. We talked about running with dreams. I lost him a part, particularly as we were not working together any longer and we were reminiscing.”
