Elvish Yadav Faces Trouble: Cobra and Krait Venom Found in Samples from Noida Rave Party

Bigg Boss OTT 2 champion Elvish Yadav’s problems seem to be far from over following the notorious rave party in Noida. The samples from the purported rave party last year were, in fact, snake venom from the Cobra and Krait snake species, according to forensic reports. Six people were charged with allegedly supplying snake venom for a party in Noida’s Sector 51, including YouTuber Elvish Yadav, under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. Yadav was questioned about the matter, but five of the people listed in the FIR were taken into custody. Although Yadav was not present at the aforementioned party, he has been charged with providing poison for it. Based on the assumption that attendees were using snake venom to get drunk, the rave party was raided.

He brought up Bollywood singer Fazilpuria when being questioned by the police. Elvish was questioned earlier on November 8 by the Noida police. Upon being questioned about his video featuring two snakes, the YouTuber revealed to the authorities that the Bollywood artist had arranged for the reptiles. Fazilpuria denied any affiliation with rave parties to Aaj Tak. According to him, a production business owned the exotic reptiles. He had hired a production company exclusively to arrange the reptiles for the music video.

Five people were earlier taken into custody by the police, who also found many snakes in their possession. The People for Animals NGO’s sting operation served as the basis for the action. Elvish was questioned at the police station in Sector 20. Yadav and a slew of attorneys came before the police. Yadav was among the six individuals who were charged under the Indian Penal Code’s Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) and the Wildlife (Protection) Act. They are suspected of supplying snake venom to a party in Sector 51, Noida, for recreational purposes.
