Does Divyanka Tripathi Have Any Intentions of Working on TV? Superstar Issues Bold Declaration, Declaring, “The Issue Is…”
Popular TV personality Divyanka Tripathi, who is well known for her work on daily soap operas like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, stated she avoids working on small screen projects since the characters aren’t developed enough these days.
A character is significant to me. It is enjoyable to play a character that has been well-written. The issue is that for a month, the TV episodes I’ve been provided don’t explain their plots clearly. In that scenario, you can’t consider the notion further,” the actor stated in an interview with PTI. “Then it is susceptible to rapid alterations.”
On ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein,’ nevertheless, I collaborated with several excellent folks, like Sandeep Sikand. Because I had a character graph and the makers had clarity, my job was made easy. I would love to do TV if I could get that and the character was well-written because I don’t see that type of clarity in shows these days,” she continued.
TV has been a major influence in Tripathi’s professional life. She began her career as an anchor on All India Radio (AIR).
It helped me learn acting and gave me a job. The actor declared, “TV is the best acting school there is.”
At the moment, she appears in the spy thriller series “Adrishyam – The Invisible Heroes.” After undergoing ligament surgery in August of last year, the actor disclosed that she was first undecided about accepting the offer.
“I’m constantly looking for new personas to explore and new experiences to have. What I’ve done and this role is very different. So when they offered it, I was happy to accept,” she remarked. However, I was unsure of my ability to complete the task and if I would be able to heal from the surgery in time. They were therefore waiting to start the project and there were deadlines.
The SonyLIV series, which also stars Eijaz Khan, centres on the lives of two undercover intelligence agents who, while assuming the identities of regular meteorological department employees, neutralize terror threats. Tripathi portrays Parvati, while Khan is the main character, Ravi.
The performer expressed her gratitude for being able to experience acting firsthand with the series.

“I was never considered for a role like that on television; they don’t write characters like that for women. Certain characters are like that, but they don’t receive that kind of response. The idea of women working as undercover spies is unique in this online realm, and we are seeing a range of characters (for women) on OTT,” she continued.
For Sony LIV, Anshuman Sinha and Sachin Pandey are developing “Adrishyam – The Invisible Heroes.”
