Atishi Warns of ED Arrests: Join BJP or Face Detainment, Alleges AAP Leader
The announcement made by Delhi minister Atishi on Tuesday that she, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Durgesh Pathak, Raghav Chadha, and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will all be arrested by the Enforcement Directorate startled everyone. I’ve been told that ED raids will shortly target our home and that we will thereafter be taken under arrest. The Aam Aadmi Party leaders’ next generation is now the focus of the BJP, according to Atishi.
“Through a personal connection, I’ve received an invitation to join the BJP. I’ve been informed that I have one month to either join the BJP and salvage my political career or risk being arrested. One of my close associates informed me that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had decided to jail each and every AAP politician. After detaining Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Satyendar Jain, they have now detained Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. However, she added, “They now want to detain four more prominent figures: Saurabh Bharadwaj, Raghav Chadha, Durgesh Pathak, and me.”
The minister from Delhi further stated that although the BJP had anticipated the AAP to disintegrate following Arvind Kejriwal’s incarceration, they became alarmed upon witnessing the opposition parties congregate at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday. “So now they want to target the next line of leadership,” stated Atishi.
According to the Delhi minister, there would be raids on her and her relatives, outlining a roadmap for how things would go. We will thereafter receive a summons and be placed under arrest. However, we are not afraid; I want to let the BJP know. We’ll stand with Arvind Kejriwal until the day we die, so put us all in prison. Imprison everyone. Arvind Kejriwal will have ten more supporters who will step up and fight beside him, Atishi declared.
Atishi made her shocking allegations just one day after the ED had named her and Saurabh Bharadwaj in court, claiming that Arvind Kejriwal had informed the agency that Vijay Nair, a prominent figure in the alleged alcohol scam, had reported to Atishi and Saurabh. In response, Atishi stated that while ED had previously been informed of this information, it was still not new. Nevertheless, Atishi and Saurabh could now face legal repercussions as a result of ED’s disclosure to the court.
Arvind Kejriwal was taken into detention on April 1 and remained there till April 15 after his arrest on March 21 in relation to the liquor investigation. Kejriwal would continue to lead the government as chief minister and operate out of Tihar jail, according to the AAP.

Saurabh Bharadwaj unfollows Kejriwal on X.
On social media, there were rumors that Saurabh Bharadwaj unfollowed Kejriwal on X, the former name for Twitter, after the ED informed the court on Monday that Kejriwal mentioned Atishi and Saurabh. The minister from Delhi made it clear that nothing similar had occurred. “To everyone disseminating false information, @ArvindKejriwal ji and I are mutually followed. The Ramlila Maidan Rally yesterday was a huge success. The people of Delhi support Kejriwal, “Saurabh wrote.
