Delhi Capitals (DC), once known as Delhi Daredevils, have a history of having surprising stars driving the side. From the red-hot Virender Sehwag to the colourful Rishabh Gasp, the side has been driven by men who have numerous awards to their names.

Ahead of IPL 2024, let us take a look at the Delhi Capitals captain list over the years. The inaugural version of the IPL in 2008 saw Virender Sehwag lead the Delhi Daredevils. In the 2009 version, Gautam Gambhir was named the captain of the Daredevils.
