Rahul Gandhi was publically chastised by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Thursday for allegedly pushing BJP MP Pratap Sarangi during a demonstration inside the Parliament building. Dubey accused Sarangi of wrongdoing when Rahul Gandhi went to see how he was doing. “You are not ashamed… Rahul, what? You engage in hooliganism, or gundagardi. Dubey said on tape, “You threw down an elderly person.”
