Elvish Yadav Confesses to Arranging Snake Venom at Rave Parties: Report

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav was detained by Noida Police on Sunday in relation to an investigation into reports that he used snake venom as a recreational drug at a party. According to police sources, Elvish has admitted to preparing snakes and snake venom for rave events he has thrown, according to an NDTV story on Monday. Elvish Yadav, who had previously denied any involvement in the snake venom case, reportedly acknowledged under questioning that he knew the other suspects who had been detained for giving snake venom the previous year. The five individuals who were detained and then released on bail were named as Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45), who are all inhabitants of Moharband hamlet in Badarpur, southeast Delhi.

The Gurugram-born singer and YouTuber Elvish Yadav gained widespread recognition in 2023 after taking first place in Salman Khan’s Big Boss OTT 2 reality series. Elvish Yadav was detained by the Noida police on Sunday in connection with the snake venom case. He and five other people were charged with peddling snake venom at rave parties located in the National Capital Region. According to those with knowledge of the situation, Elvish was “called in for questioning at Sector 20 police station on Sunday” and was given a 14-day court prison sentence. Additionally, Elvish is suspected of utilizing snakes when filming videos.

Noida Police declared, “We have gathered strong evidence against Elvish Yadav and his involvement in the supply of snake venom.” Elvish and five other people were accused on November 3rd of last year of supplying snake venom at a party in Noida’s Sector 51. They were accused under the Indian Penal Code’s Section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) and the Wildlife (Protection) Act. Animal welfare activist Gaurav Gupta, who is affiliated with the non-governmental group People for Animals, approached the Sector 49 police station, which led to the incident.
