Bigg Boss 18: Karan Veer Mehra Breaks Silence on Allegations of Violence Against Ex-Wives – ‘There Were Arguments But…’
Tensions between Bigg Boss 18 contestants Afreen Khan and Karan Veer Mehra resurfaced in the most recent episode, rehashing their earlier heated exchange. When show host Salman Khan aired a clip from the Grand Premiere in which Afreen named Karan Veer as the competitor most likely to turn violent or aggressive, the drama started. Salman was prompted to question Karan Veer about his previous relationships as a result, inquiring as to whether or not he had been accused of physical aggression during his two divorces.
The popular Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 contestant Karan Veer angrily refuted the accusations, saying, “Yes, I had two divorces but have never raised my hand on any of my two ex-wives. There were arguments, but I never chose violence.” This prompted more conversation as mind coach Afreen raised concerns about Karan’s competitive nature coming across as aggressive. Sara, her wife, supported Afreen in her concerns.
Karan Veer was put forward for elimination despite the current drama following Bigg Boss’ unexpected open nomination task. Housemates were able to publicly nominate their friends during this assignment, and in the first week, Karan Veer, Chaahat Pandey, Gunaratan Sadavarte, Avinash Mishra, and Muskan Bamne were all put on the list for elimination. But there were no eliminations.
