Shah Rukh Khan’s Reaction as Atlee Touches His Feet After Winning Award for Jawan: Watch

Following his Oscar victory, filmmaker Atlee caressed star Shah Rukh Khan’s feet. Atlee took home the Best Director trophy for Jawan at the Zee Cine Awards 2024, which took place on Sunday night in Mumbai.

An Instagram paparazzo account posted a video of the two at the function. When the winner’s identity was revealed in the video, Atlee stood up and folded his hands while everyone applauded. Shah Rukh Khan was seated next to Atlee, who touched the actor’s feet.

Shah Rukh reacts to Atlee’s gesture

Shah Rukh grinned and attempted, but failed, to stop him. He then planted a kiss and a firm hug on Atlee. After racing to the stage, actor Rani Mukerji gave Atlee the prize. They exchanged a quick smile and a few words. Atlee was dressed in shoes and a blue and white printed outfit for the occasion. Shah Rukh chose to wear similar shoes, pants, and a black jacket.

About Jawan

Jawan was Shah Rukh and Atlee’s debut joint venture, released on September 7 of last year. In the movie, Nayanthara, Girija Oak, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Lehar Khan, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya were also included. It was Atlee’s first Bollywood film to be directed. Through its fascinating plot and outstanding acting, Jawan redefined success at the box office, shattering records in the process. Jawan has made ₹1160 crore at the box office worldwide, according to a report. Shah Rukh has taken home the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024’s Best Actor trophy for Jawan. He appeared in two different roles in the movie.

About Atlee’s next film

Along with Varun Dhawan, he has an action-adventure film called Baby John. In addition, Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh star. May 31 is when the picture, which is helmed by Kalees, will premiere. Jio Studios, Atlee and Priya’s A for Apple Studios, and Jio Studios’ Jyoti Deshpande are producing Baby John. The film is directed by Murad Khetani.
