AAP Slams Delhi L-G Over Claims of Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘Low Calorie Intake’ in Jail

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is allegedly on a “low calorie diet” while incarcerated, according to a letter written by lieutenant governor of Delhi VK Saxena to the chief secretary, which was denounced by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The AAP expressed sincere concern for Arvind Kejriwal’s life and questioned the lieutenant governor’s motives in its answer letter. AAP leaders responded sharply to Delhi L-G’s letter, stating that Arvind Kejriwal, who was jailed in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, is still in jail and faces a significant risk of having a brain stroke.

“LG Sir, what sort of joke are you telling? Would a man lower his blood sugar during the evening? This carries a great deal of risk. LG You shouldn’t write such a letter, sir, if you are ignorant of the illness. “May God forbid that you ever experience such a time,” AAP politician Sanjay Singh wrote in a post on X. Minister for Delhi Atishi claimed that Arvind Kejriwal is at risk of a serious and chronic condition, citing his decades-long diabetes and his continuous fluctuations in blood sugar.

“When the sugar level drops abruptly, the condition can be fatal and the patient doesn’t get enough time to recover. However, there is also a chance of serious and chronic disease.” According to her, “that person could have a brain hemorrhage, have a brain stroke, enter a coma, or even pass away.” “This is the fifth time that Arvind Kejriwal Ji’s sugar level has fallen. The patient is admitted to the hospital when it reaches 50, but this Bharatiya Janata Party endangered his life, Atishi continued.

The Lieutenant Governor’s Office addressed Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar to voice concerns about Arvind Kejriwal’s “willful low calorie diet” while he is incarcerated, even though he is receiving enough food. This letter sparked the replies. As a result of purposefully not following the recommended diet to the letter’s letter, Kejriwal has reportedly lost weight while incarcerated. “Common Minister Kejriwal’s refusal to follow doctor’s orders to avoid eating certain foods and taking certain prescriptions worries the LG. As a result of the possibility of medical and legal repercussions for deviations from the same, he has also requested that the reasons for his request be investigated, the letter stated.
