Amitabh Bachchan Left Speechless by Unusual Request from Female Contestant on Kaun Banega Crorepati

In a recent episode of “Kaun Banega Crorepati,” legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan was left flabbergasted over a bizarre request from a contestant that threw him off for a few seconds. On Monday’s episode, the hot seat was graced by contestant Alka Singh trying her luck to win the grand prize. In between answering questions, Alka made a startling request to Big B wherein she requested him if she could touch his beard.

Amitabh was taken aback at the uncalled-for request. “It might be awkward for you, but I want to touch your beard,” said Alka, leaving Amitabh standing with an open mouth. “You want to touch my beard?” he asked, just to confirm what he heard. When Alka nodded in agreement, the surprised Amitabh asked, “But, why?”

Alka revealed, “My brother is always clean-shaven. I’d like to touch this white beard of yours.” This disclosure was followed by peals of laughter on the set. Amitabh, as always, in his characteristic humour, said, “When your brother reaches the age of 87, he will also have a white beard.” He also very kindly allowed Alka to touch his beard after the show was over.

This year has certainly been Amitabh Bachchan’s year with multiple films. He was seen last month in June in the blockbuster movie “Kalki 2898 AD” as Ashwatthama. Not only this, he is also busy doing his Tamil debut “Vettaiyan” with superstar Rajinikanth after 32 years. Recently, despite having a hectic schedule, Amitabh is very much seen spending time with his fans as he meets them religiously every Sunday.

Amitabh Bachchan shared heartfelt photos from his fan meet of last Sunday on his blog and was very thankful to the fans. He wrote, “The day has been in the work on the body and the mind. and eventually with the DAY of the GOJ. and the joy and heartwarming responses that the Ef and the well-wishers, spend their time and energy to be at the gates and to express their love. It has been such an overwhelming moment and one that has been so overwhelmingly been a joy of immense proportions. My gratitude as ever.”
