Hyderabad Police detained Tollywood actor Allu Arjun in connection with the fatal stampede that occurred on December 4 at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad during the film’s premiere. Following the catastrophe, the woman’s husband formally complained against the actor.

Allu Arjun was at home on Friday morning enjoying coffee and breakfast when he was taken into custody by the police. Because the bail procedure took longer than anticipated, he was later placed under arrest and held overnight.

Ashok Reddy, his attorney, stated that Allu Arjun is anticipated to be freed by 8 a.m. today after the court granted him temporary bail. The Task Force’s Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police confirmed to reporters that the actor will be released “tomorrow morning.”

However, his legal team criticized the delay in his release. “The high court has issued a clear directive to release Allu Arjun forthwith,” said Ashok Reddy, who was frustrated. The jail officials have not cooperated even after being provided with a copy of the ruling. The release time is set for tomorrow between 7-8 a.m.
