Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aditi Rao Hydari Set to Grace Cannes Film Festival

Aishwarya Rai and Aditi Rao Hydari, two Bollywood stars, are getting ready to represent India at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. They will be representing L’Oreal in their much-awaited comeback to the international film festival. Aditi made her festival debut in 2022, although Aishwarya attends every year. May 14–25 is when the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is expected to take place. As representatives of L’Oréal Paris, they will attend the festival and are anticipated to draw attention to the expanding global impact of Indian film. The topic for this year is “Many Ways to Be an Icon,” which centers on empowerment and confidence.

Indian presence at Cannes

Aishwarya and Aditi are eager to return. Aditi expressed her joy by saying in a statement, “I am excited to travel to the prestigious Festival de Cannes in my capacity as the brand’s representative. As a fervent supporter of women embracing their individuality with confidence, I genuinely identify with this year’s theme of “many ways to be an icon.”

Here, she states that, to her, becoming an icon has nothing to do with following a set of rules. It’s about realizing one’s intrinsic value and special path. Being associated with a company that has continuously supported women’s empowerment and encouraged confidence and development in all facets of their lives is an honor, the speaker said.

Actor Sobhita Dhulipala will also be seen on the French Riviera’s red carpet at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. She is a brand ambassador for ice cream. King, a music legend, is anticipated to walk the red carpet as well.
