Did Yo Yo Honey Singh Take a Dig at Badshah’s Rap? His Post Says ‘Aise Lyrics Likhwane…’

Yo Yo Honey Singh and rapper-singer Badshah have a long-running quarrel that keeps drawing attention from the public. Honey Singh recently fueled the flames by making fun of Badshah on social media. With a humorous remark, he shared a video clip of Badshah’s performance from Indian Idol 15, mocking his lyrics.

Alongside Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani, Badshah will be an appointed authority in the next season of Indian Icon 15. One of the tryout tapes that T-Series has been utilizing to advance the program shows Badshah flaunting his abilities to rap to a contender. Using a laughing emoji, Honey Singh posted this teaser on his Instagram account with the caption, “Aise lyrics likhwane hai bass taqdeer ban jayegi meri” (If I write songs like this, my fate will change).

Badshah has not yet publicly addressed Honey Singh’s comments. The two rappers have a turbulent past that is full of subtle jabs and diss tracks. “There was a phase in my life where I held this grudge against one, and now I want to call it quits and leave that grudge behind—and that’s Honey Singh,” Badshah said in May at a performance in Dehradun, expressing his wish to put an end to their dispute.

In a recent interview with The Lallantop, Honey Singh stated that because of Raftaar’s skill and experience, he appreciates him more than Badshah. “You get offended with your close ones, not the distant ones,” he said, adding, “Narazgi apno se hoti hai sir, parayo se thodi na hoti hai.” In order to maintain the hostility, he also made it plain that he would never work with Badshah again.
