Govinda Breaks Silence on Accidentally Shooting Himself, Thanks Doctors: ‘Goli Lagi Thi Par Woh Nikaal Di Gayi…
Actor Govinda, who accidentally shot himself in the leg with his licensed handgun, has made his first public remarks. The adored actor and Shiv Sena politician, who is currently recuperating in a critical care unit in Mumbai, reassured his supporters in an emotional audio message that he is making a full recovery. Govinda expressed heartfelt gratitude for the love he’s received from his fans and commended the medical team for their amazing care during this tough period.
The actor was checking his gun before leaving for Kolkata at 4:45 AM when the tragedy happened. Despite the voice note’s mild slurring of Govinda’s pronunciation, which is probably the result of anesthesia or medicine, his followers were nonetheless relieved to hear from him.
Namaskar, pranaam, main hoon Govinda, aap sab logon ke aashirwad aur maa-baap ka aashirwad, guru ki kripa ke wajah se goli lagi thi par woh nikaal di gayi hai, was what Govinda wrote in his message. Main yahan ke doctor ka dhanyavad deta hoon, aap logon ka dhanyavad, pranaam, aap sab logon ki prarthana jo hai, aadarniya doctor Agarwal ji ka.” (My name is Govinda. My guru’s grace, your blessings, and the blessings of my parents have allowed me to be shot, but the bullet has been removed. I offer my gratitude to the physicians here, particularly Dr. Agarwal, and I value your prayers.
Actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda was getting ready to travel to Kolkata, according to a statement made earlier by the actor’s manager, Shashi Sinha, to the News agency. His licensed pistol slipped from his grasp while he was holding it, and a bullet unintentionally went off, striking his leg. After the bullet was taken out, his health is steady. He is still hospitalized at this time.
