Tata Motors reduces electric vehicle prices

Tata Motors reduces electric vehicle prices

The motive for Tata Motors to declare such drastic price cuts for some of their best-selling Electric Vehicles is an effort to make Electric Vehicles more affordable and keep the consumer in their pocket. It slashes the price of Nexon.ev up to ₹ 3 lakh, while reducing up to ₹1.20 lakh for Punch.ev.

Tata.ev is passing on the benefits of increasing localisation and improving technology to customers, thereby bridging the gap between electric and internal combustion engine vehicles.

After the launch of the Curvv.ev last month, Tata.ev already achieved price parity with ICE models. Now, with this special offer for a limited period, the best seller in the EV market-Nexon.ev-is priced at par with its petrol and diesel variants.

Apart from the price cuts on the Nexon.ev, Tata Motors has announced festive discounts on Punch.ev and Tiago.ev to bring their prices closer to their ICE variants.

Coupled with these irresistible prices, customers will enjoy ultra-low operating costs, seamless and silent drives, and premium features generally offered only in higher categories.

Moreover, as an added bonus, Tata.ev is providing six months of free charging at any of the over 5,500 charging stations by Tata Power in the country for effortlessly traveling between intercity and intra-city routes.

This festive season offer is open for booking until October 31st, 2024.

Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd, said, “At Tata.ev, our aim is to make EVs mainstream by breaking barriers and making them even more compelling for everyday car buyers.
