Ganesh Chaturthi fever has taken over the nation, and Bollywood stars are no way behind to join the festivity. Recently, Aamir Khan was seen celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with family, and photos from the joyful celebration have gone viral on social media.
In the pictures, Khan is seen performing aarti along with his son Azad at his sister Nikhat Khan’s Mumbai residence. The “Laal Singh Chaddha” actor was seen donning a blue-coloured kurta with black pants. Nikhat Khan and her husband Santosh Hegde joined in the revelry.
Just days before this, Aamir Khan had attended the mega Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations hosted by Mukesh and Nita Ambani at their luxurious abode, Antilia. Khan had marked his presence with his sons Junaid and Azad in tow and was even clicked in a photograph with the Ambani family.
Professional front: Aamir Khan’s latest production was “Laapataa Ladies,” which received universal acclaim from the audience and critics alike, as a result of which the film was showcased at the Supreme Court of India. His next production titled “Lahore 1947” will be starred by Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta in lead roles.
Coming to acting, Aamir was last seen in “Laal Singh Chaddha,” which didn’t live up to big expectations with a poor box office collection. On Christmas 2024, Khan will return with “Sitaare Zameen Par,” which highlights Down Syndrome. It will be pitted against the much-anticipated action-thriller film “Baby John,” starring Varun Dhawan.

More recently, Aamir Khan reportedly is in advanced discussions with south-Indian director Lokesh Kanagaraj for a much-anticipated pan-India film. Neither Khan nor Kanagaraj nor the production house Mythri Movie Makers confirmed the project, although if these discussions go well, an official announcement will be made soon.
