Microsoft 365 Outage: Current Status of Apps and Services – What’s Working and What’s Not
According to Microsoft, a global service outage is blocking access to several apps and services for Microsoft 365 subscribers. An “interruption between storage and compute resources” is being caused by “a configuration change” in one of the Azure backend workloads, according to the company’s Service Health Status website.
Microsoft Defender, Intune, OneNote, and SharePoint Online are among the services that have been brought back online, while certain tools are still unavailable. According to the IT behemoth, “We are committed to addressing the residual effects for the remaining Microsoft 365 apps that are in a degraded state while we continue to treat this event with the highest priority and urgency.”
