Rakul Preet Singh’s Brother Aman Preet Singh Arrested by Hyderabad Police in Drugs Case

The brother of actor Rakul Preet Singh, actor Aman Preet Singh, has been taken into custody by the Hyderabad police. He was taken into custody in relation to a narcotics case following a collaborative effort by the Narcotics Bureau and Rajendra Nagar SOT Police, which falls under the purview of Cyberabad Police.

To go over the specifics of the case, the police met with the media on Monday in Hyderabad. They verified that Aman’s detention was related to a recent drug bust. In relation to the underselling case, five people were taken into custody. On the list of 13 people who took the pills and tested positive for them, Aman’s name did appear. He will appear in court shortly, the police stated.

“Once we have further information about Aman’s connections, I will only speak about them. We must ascertain when he first became associated with the accused, who include some Nigerians and Indians. They include some repeat offenders. However, we think it may last for a year and a half. Aman’s cocaine use was detected by testing. At the press conference, the police declared, “It is confirmed that he is an actor. He did not say if it’s on Tollywood or elsewhere.”

The Enforcement Directorate had already called Rakul in relation to a suspected money laundering case involving drugs. The police refused to comment on it when questioned, stating that “she has nothing to do with this case, we are not investigating her, and her name needsn’t be dragged in unnecessarily.”

Further details of the case

In relation to the case, the police have seized 10 cell phones, 2 bikes, 2 passports, and 199 grams of cocaine. While Divine Ebuka Suzee and Ezeonyili Franklin Uchenna have absconded, Onuoha Blessing, Azeez Nohaam Adeshola, Alla Satya Venkata Gowtham, Sanaboina Varun Kumar, and Mohd Mahaboob Shareef have been detained as alleged peddlers.

“As of now, 13 consumers from Hyderabad have been identified who are wealthy and are blatantly promoting a sick of ecosystem of drugs in Telangana,” the police wrote in the press release, criticizing the customers. They are establishing a drug supply and demand network in Hyderabad. Six of the 13 customers have been caught, and when their urine samples were examined, all six of them tested positive for cocaine.
