After becoming a politician, actor Kangana Ranaut has issued a new statement regarding the event that occurred at the Chandigarh airport on Thursday night. When Kangana made remarks regarding the protests by farmers a few years prior, a female CISF officer smacked her at the security check. Following the event, Kangana posted a video to her fans reassuring them that she was safe. The actor has now discussed the event in another Instagram Stories clip.

Kangana’s new response

Kangana responded, “This makes most sense to me,” in response to a tweet that implied the CISF officer’s actions might have been politically motivated. She waited for me to cross her carefully, then quietly—in true Khalistani fashion—came from behind and struck my face without uttering a word. She turned away from me and began talking to the phone cameras aimed at her, as seen in her videos, when I questioned why she did that, grabbing the attention of the public at large. Since farmers’ laws have been repealed and are no longer a problem, she may have done this to align herself with the Khalistani movement, which is gaining significant political clout in Punjab. A CISF constable slapped Kangana Ranaut as she was traveling to Delhi for an upcoming National Democratic Alliance (NDA) meeting.

What’s the update on the incident?

After taking notice of the occurrence, Chandigarh Superintendent of Police (Detective) KS Sandhu met with a CISF officer at the airport to discuss the Kangana Ranaut incident. “I’m heading to the airport to conduct an investigation; the CISF Commandant has called.” KS Sandhu responded, “I’ll Commandant CISF and let you know.” Chief Minister of Haryana Nayab Singh Saini, meantime, declared that the offenders would face consequences.

“The accused will face consequences as a result of the ongoing inquiry. That a security personnel is involved in this is regrettable. All that occurred was incorrect “said the Chief Minister of Haryana. Following the event, Ranaut inquired on social media how Punjab can stop the spread of “extremism” and “terrorism” in the region. “I’m secure. I’m doing great. The incident happened as part of the security inspection. A female CISF constable was waiting for me to enter the cabin after I had finished the security check. Ranaut said on ‘X’ that “shortly after, she approached me from the side, struck me in the face, and began abusing me.”

“She (the CISA official) told me that she had backed the farmers’ protest when I questioned her about why she done this. How can we stop the spread of terrorism and extremism in Punjab? is the question that Kangana (the BJP leader) posed. Her mother was one of the farmers participating in a sit-in protest against the agricultural restrictions, which have since been abolished, according to the CISF constable. “The farmers are sitting for ₹100, according to her. Is she going to go sit there? When she made this declaration, my mother was sitting there objecting,” the woman stated. The farm laws, which have since been overturned, were the target of the 15-month-long farmers’ protest, along with other grievances.
