Kangana Ranaut Departs for Delhi in Elegant Purple Saree, Proudly Calls Herself ‘Mandi Ki Sansad’
Kangana Ranaut is prepared to start a new chapter in her professional life. Following his election to the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, the four-time national award-winning actor turned politician is prepared to begin serving in that capacity. Before departing for Delhi, Kangana posted photos from her car on Instagram Stories, showing her saying goodbye to her mother, Asha Ranaut.
Kangana Ranaut heads to parliament
On her Instagram stories, Kangana posted three images. She had her hair in a bun and was dressed in a purple-pink sari, black sunglasses, and a purple blouse. On the first photo, she wrote, “Delhi calling.” In the second picture, she is seen giving mother Asha a hug while the latter is grinning. She posted a selfie with the caption, “On my way to the parliament…Mandi Ki Sansad (The Member of Parliament from Mandi),” in the third picture.

Kangana Ranaut’s entry into active politics
In Mandi, 74,755 votes separated Kangana from Congressman Vikramaditya Singh, her competitor. Vikramaditya received 462,267 votes, while she received 537,002 votes. Kangana won her first political election in the Lok Sabha Polls of 2024. In March 2024, she was announced as the Mandi candidate for the BJP. With the comment, “Heartfelt gratitude to all the people of Mandi for this love and trust…,” the MP praised the electorate on Instagram following her victory. This is the triumph of Sanatan and the honor of Mandi; it is a win that all of you share and is the result of your faith in Prime Minister Modi and the BJP.
