After the ED seized Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty’s properties worth Rs 98 Cr, Kundra declared, “Enough is enough.”

Businessman Raj Kundra shared a mysterious post on his Instagram stories on Friday afternoon. The spouse of Shilpa Shetty posted a photo with the caption, “There’s a time for being kind.” There’s also time to declare when enough is enough. The post was made one day after his and Shilpa’s belongings valued at Rs 97.79 crore were confiscated by the Enforcement Directorate to a bitcoin fraud case.

Raj also posted a photo of a roaring lion on his Instagram stories earlier today and talked about keeping cool even when you feel mistreated. His tweet said, “Learning to remain composed when you feel disrespected is a different type of growth.”

Raj Kundra’s assets, valued at Rs 97.79 crore, were taken by the ED on Thursday. Among the properties linked is a residential apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, registered in his spouse Shilpa Shetty’s name. According to the ED, there is also a residential bungalow in Pune and equity shares registered in Raj Kundra’s name.

According to the agency’s statement, Kundra’s moveable and immovable possessions have been temporarily seized by the Mumbai zonal office of ED by the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. According to the allegations, Kundra and his associates amassed enormous sums of money—roughly Rs 6,600 crore in bitcoins—from the “gullible public with the false promises of 10 per cent per month return in the form of bitcoins.”

Subsequently, the pair claimed in a statement provided by their attorney that they were prepared to assist the relevant authorities. They expressed their complete confidence in the Indian judicial system and hoped for a “fair investigation.”

“To safeguard my clients’ property and freedom, we will adhere to the rule of law and take the required actions as outlined in the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. According to their statement, “There isn’t a prima facie case made out against my clients, Mr. Raj Kundra and Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra.”

“We have total confidence in the judiciary, which is honourable. Even the investigating agencies might be willing to provide us justice if we submit a fair case before the Honorable Enforcement Directorate, in my opinion. We trust an impartial investigation. It said, “We remain dedicated to assisting the authorities as needed.
