Elvish Yadav Issues Clarification Following Accusations from Sagar Thakur of Attempting to ‘Break My Spine’. Watch Now!
The internet went viral with a video purportedly featuring Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav thrashing YouTuber Sagar Thakur. Elvish was then detained by the Gurugram police on suspicion of beating Sagar Thakur, who had complained that Yadav had attempted to break his back. Elvish has now provided a clarification video in which he expresses his side of view and says that Sagar used microphones and covert cameras to arrange the entire scenario.
What Elvish said
Elvish discussed the situation in the clarification video, stating that people have been framing him as the “culprit” based on some videos, and he even posted a trend with the message “Arrest Elvish Yadav.” “I want everyone to be aware of the opposing viewpoint. Please see this video through to the end so that those who are using the victim card can understand as well. View his YouTube channel when you open his X account. You can see his tweets criticizing and taunting me from the time I was on Bigg Boss. He has been jabbing me for the past eight months. He started doing this for his following, and I got to know him. He should be aware that he is in Delhi, I told him. I then intended to call him to discuss things, but he insisted on seeing me in person. After I gave him my address, he revealed all of our online talks. Following that, I supplied my home’s address, and there was an audio of me saying, “You are my guest there, so I won’t hit you there.”

Elvish went on, “He declared, ‘I will burn you and your parents.’ Tujhe aur tere ghar waalon ko zinda jala dunga.” Amid the storm, I said some hurtful things. I decided to attend. It was in his friend’s store, where he had a full camera setup. It was organized in advance. When he was struck by the video, he even had a microphone on his chest. It was prearranged, as was the way we could utilize him in this way.” He continued speaking to his audience, inquiring as to how they would respond if someone tried to disparage their parents. He responded, “Will you patiently talk to him and ask him why he talked about burning your parents?” After striking him, Elvish called to try to work things out, but Sagar refused to comply, so Elvish continued. Elvish went on to say that the accusation of “attempt to murder” is serious and cannot be upheld based solely on a pair of slaps. If a man threatens to kill their parents, he asks his followers to respond. He expressed regret for his actions and stated that he did not associate himself with violent behavior, as he concluded the video.

The sections of the IPC that deal with rioting punishment (147), unlawful assembly (149), voluntarily inflicting hurt (323), and criminal intimidation (506), have all been brought up by the Gurugram police in their complaint. Elvish Yadav put my life in jeopardy and launched a major attack, which I, Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, would like to bring to your attention. This calls for prompt judicial action. “I am a well-known content creator with a focus on gaming entertainment,” asserted Thakur in his police complaint. Since 2017, I have been consistently creating videos on YouTube, as stated.
